The Richards family rescued a business in Pontiac, MI involved in the 'Day Labor Market of Temporary Help' industry. We joined our National Association soon after.
The industry was growing and by 1979/1980 there were over 350 Temporary Services in the Detroit/Pontiac area. We joined an Independent Staffing Group for more relationships to understand the small business industry as well as the National Association of Personnel Consultants.
Our business worked with every kind of industry.
